Had a great buying experience for my first Moto Guzzi. Start to finish was easy as could be. Everyone in the dealership were really nice and professional. The inventory was diverse and well stocked. My experience with finance and insurance was very positive. I got so busy talking bikes with the employees I almost forgot I had a brand new bike to ride home on. Highly recommend.

From my first phone call to the dealership to going on a week after I picked my bike up, I have never been more impressed! I started my relationship with Team Charlotte/Tees Euro Cycles a couple of months ago. I searched for Aprilia RS660 online and found Team Charlotte/Tees Euro Cycles. They have A LOT of motorcycles, dirt bikes, jet skis; A LOT of everything! I sent a message via a link on the website to get more information on the Aprilia RS660s and Kevin contacted me. We spoke and text frequently about the bike I wanted. Because the motorcycle was on order, I patiently (and sometimes not so patiently) waited for the bike. As soon as it landed, Kevin text me. We communicated frequently for the two days before I picked up my bike. I now have a 2023 Aprilia RS660 in my garage! Apparently, Saturdays at the dealership are SUPER busy, but Kevin, Nick, Jeff and Trenton made me feel like I was the most important gal there! (They serve lunch there on Saturdays! They have a concert stage in their parking lot! Crazy cool!). Their focus was to make sure I was happy and they exceeded my expectations and raised the bar for any other motorcycle dealership! Personable, professional, and, I believe most importantly, authentic; thats called culture. I felt like my family was there to greet me as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. I cannot recommend Team Charlotte Motorsports/Tees Euro Cycles enough. My whole experience with them was a well oiled machine from front to back. Devoted customer!
